The fully equipped kitchen and dining areas connect to the spacious and comfortable living room. Open the sliding glass doors, and this space also connects to an open terrace and outdoor space that encourages you to gather with family. Complete with a shaded outdoor living area, BBQ, outdoor sink and countertop, lush gardens, art, and pool with a shallow shelf and unique waterfall sculpture.

Casa Arribada boasts two master bedrooms, the downstairs of which is equipped with a king bed, smart tv, nature-inspired custom mural, large closet, and handicapped-accessible shower in the bathroom.

The upstairs master bedroom is equipped with a king bed, large closet, and en suite bathroom.

One upstairs bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and another stunning custom mural.

The third bedroom upstairs is perfect for kids, with a queen bed, a twin sofa sleeper, and a playful, custom mural inspired by Costa Rica’s flora and fauna, which is sure to capture the eyes of both children and adults. There are also games, drawing materials, books, and a smart tv for entertainment.

There is a full indoor laundry room with side-by-side washer, dryer, a sink, and drying rack.

From the pool area, you will have direct access to the guest bathroom. An outdoor shower is available in the front yard, perfect for rinsing off after a fun-filled day at the beach.

Speaking of the beach, Casa Arribada is located just a few minutes’ drive from several famous beaches such as Flamingo, Penca, Prieta, Conchal, Pan de Azúcar, Danta, and Dantita. The newly finished Flamingo Marina, a full service, world-class marina with heliport, fuel station, and more, is less than a 5 minute drive. Both Reserva Conchal, with a world class golf course, and Las Catalinas, a European-inspired beachside town with dozens of miles of groomed mountain biking and hiking/running trails, shops, restaurants, and an all wooden outdoor gym are only 10-15 minute drives.

If you’re feeling more adventurous, drive a little further and visit Rincón de la Vieja, or one of Costa Rica’s many national parks and enjoy rainforests, volcanos, hot springs, waterfalls and an amazing variety of wildlife. “Arribada” means “arrival” in Spanish, and is the term given to the phenomenon of the synchronized nesting of tens of thousands of sea turtles that occurs each year, not far from here, on Guanacaste’s shores.
